'Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse' Takes Home Golden Globe For Best Animated

Beating out Disney's highly-anticipated 'The Incredibles 2', Marvel's 'Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse" took home the Golden Globe Award for Best Animated Feature.


Created by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, and featuring the voice talents of Shameik Moore, Zoe Kravitz, Bryan Tyree Henry--among others--'Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse debuted across America in theaters on December 14, 2018, and was met with high-reviews across the board by both fans and critics, boasting a 97% Certified Fresh rating on RottenTomatoes.com . Many were excited for formal introduction of protagonist Miles Morales (voiced by Shameik Moore); an Afro-Latina young man who takes up the mantel of Peter Parker's Spider-Man. The film received the highest of praises for it's diverse cast, stellar animation, and soundtrack.
