Yoshihiro Togashi, the creator of the Hunter X Hunter manga series, hints at a possible new update after a long 7-month hiatus. With his manuscript posted on his official Twitter(X) post, it left huge excitement and anticipation among the fans of the series. The simple manuscript of his easily went viral and amassed more than 6 million views in only under a day.
The creator is infamously known for his long-term hiatuses in almost every chapter because of Yoshihiro Togashi’s current health conditions that heavily affect his workflow and progress for many years. However, this is completely understandable and is a concerningly rampant issue for manga authors, especially with the recent news of the unfortunate demise of Akira Toriyama(Dragon Ball Creator) and Kentaro Miura(Berserk Creator).

Hunter X Hunter is a Japanese manga series created by Yoshihiro Togashi. The said manga started its serialization back in 1998 and is still publishing as of today though the release interval is inconsistent.
The story follows Gon Freecss, a young man who aspires to become a hunter just like his father - Ging Freecs, one of the strongest Hunters. He sets out on a journey to become a Hunter. It is no wonder that Hunter X Hunter is one of the most beloved manga series due to these reasons. Togashi already revealed multiple endings for the series including the worst-case scenario - an untimely demise. But because of the inconsistent and concerning health situation of the author, the only thing that fans can do is respect and patiently wait for the upcoming releases of the chapter in the future.
